Kitchen Location: Horamavu, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time. 6 days a week
Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 pm Fixed + Incentives + Travel Allowance
Education Requirement: 12th Pass (or equivalent)
Experience: 1+ years in hospitality sales preferred
Reporting to Co-Founders
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential customers (restaurants, cafs, catering businesses, hotels, etc.).
Pitch and promote our frozen food products to business owners and chefs.
Handle order inquiries, pricing discussions, and bulk sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
2. Field Sales & Delivery Coordination:
Visit customer locations for product demonstrations and sampling.
Take customer orders and ensure smooth delivery coordination with the kitchen team.
Collect payments and maintain records of sales transactions.
Handle inventory management for the department
Conduct QC on frozen food products
3. Pop-Up Event Assistance:
Participate in food festivals, pop-up events, and promotional campaigns.
Serve food and interact with customers at events to increase brand awareness.
4. Basic Marketing & Reporting:
Maintain records of sales, customer feedback, and new leads.
Report daily/weekly progress to the management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Sales & Communication Skills Ability to talk to people, pitch products, and negotiate deals. Should be able to speak English, Kannada and Hindi
Basic Knowledge of the Food Industry Understanding of restaurants, frozen food trends, & customer needs.
Hardworking & Self-Motivated Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic Record Keeping Maintaining order details and payment follow-ups.
Willingness to Travel Locally Since it's a field job, the person should be comfortable traveling within the city.
Two-Wheeler & Smartphone Should have a valid two wheeler license and own a two wheeler for travel within the city. A smartphone with 4G connectivity is mandatory.
