F&B Executive Oakridge International School
Oakridge International School is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented F&B Executive to support food and beverage operations while ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily food and beverage operations in the school cafeteria.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and vendors for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and timely replenishment of supplies.
- Assist in menu planning and ensure adherence to nutritional guidelines.
- Handle student and staff queries related to food services professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service points.
- Support audits, inspections, and documentation related to F&B operations.
- Follow school policies related to health, safety, and safeguarding.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, or a related field preferred.
- 13 years of experience in food and beverage operations (institutional or hospitality).
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
