The F&B Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cafeteria, providing administrative support, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Morning Operations
- Provide administrative support to F&B Lead for cafeteria improvement.
- Check staff on shift and coordinate with them.
- Verify duty roaster and check cafeteria cleanliness (floor, tables, buffet counters, and Barista Counter Area).
- Check kitchen equipment and morning breakfast operations.
- Inspect back area for cleanliness of cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
Quality Control and Menu Management
- Conduct thorough checkup of buffet setup and tables.
- Verify food temperature, menu compliance, and CCG (Cutlery, Crockery and glassware) availability.
- Taste food and make changes as required with the Compass chef.
- Check Compass staff's grooming, PPE, and hygiene.
Social Corner and Barista Operations
- Check social corners for cleanliness, tea bags, milk, cookies, savouries, water, infused water, and CCG availability.
- Verify Barista operations and setup for morning snack and N-cold juice.
Inventory Management and Stock Control
- Check pantry store stock availability and indent pantry stock as required.
- Receive and stock incoming supplies from security.
- Manage Hunger box POS machine and meal card registrations.
Lunch and Dinner Operations
- Conduct menu checks, taste food, and make changes as required.
- Verify buffet counter and table cleanliness, CCG availability, and support staff food arrangements.
Evening and Closing Operations
- Check social corners, juice and fruit counter quality, and CCG availability.
- Coordinate with Limitless for cleaning and setup.
- Update daily reports, including consumption, CCG breakage, food wastage, and master tracker.
