Customer Service Representative (F&B)

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide product information (ingredients, pricing, availability).
  • Assist customers with orders, recommendations, and issue resolution.
  • Process orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen/delivery teams.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.

Restaurant Captain

  • Supervise waitstaff, bartenders, and service staff; ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Greet and seat guests, manage table arrangements, and oversee dining flow.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Train and guide staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen/bar for timely order delivery.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.
