  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth in the Chemical Industry.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the F&B sector in Mumbai.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful F&B Business Head should have:

  • 15-20 years of commercial experience in an Industrial/B2B environment.
  • At least 10 years in Business & People Leadership positions.
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing P&L delivery.
  • Prior experience in cleaning & hygiene and/or water treatment industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent profitable growth.
  • Passionate about creating an engaged and motivated team.
