YOUR ROLE
As a Food & Beverage Associate, you're the backbone of the service team, helping make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll support our Captains in setting up the restaurant, delivering food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and making sure that every guest feels taken care of. You'll be a key player in making sure our service is top-notch, every single day.
Service Excellence: You'll provide friendly, professional, and consistent service to guests, helping them feel welcomed and valued from the moment they sit down to when they leave.
Support the Captains: Assist the Captains in setting up the restaurant, delivering orders, and keeping the dining floor running like clockwork.
Restaurant Setup: Ensure the tables are set up just right and side stations are organized and stocked before and during service.
Sanitation & Safety: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, following all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean environment.
Teamwork: You'll work closely with your team, supporting everyone in their roles to keep service flowing smoothly. Collaboration is key!
Hunger Inc. Standards: You'll follow our service standards, ensuring that everything you do contributes to a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
Communication: Strong communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between the team and guests.
POS Systems: Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Team Player: You're a team-oriented individual who can work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Guest-Focused: You know how to make guests feel special and always focus on providing excellent service.
