Role Description

The F&B Guest Service Associate (On-Job Training) at Ginger Hotels will focus on providing exceptional dining and hospitality experiences for guests. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, attending to guest inquiries, ensuring smooth service in the F&B outlets, and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction. This full-time role is on-site and based in Thane.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Guest Services and Guest Handling with a customer-first approach
  • Experience in Customer Service and managing Reservations
  • Strong Communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality, Travel, or related field is preferred
