- CAD Models and nomenclature of the external geometry of the tire (tread and/or marking) that meet the tire specifications, as well as norms and regulations. These models integrate mold manufacturing /utilization, cost and standardization constraints:
- Updates existing CAD models (simple update and/or use of an existing master model)
- Model's creation for simple geometries with or without master models
- Model's creation for complex geometries with or without master models
- Estimate Performance for the design team using the CAD performance simulation models
- Build Parametric CAD models (master models) and associated documentation, used for the dclinaison of a series of dimension or the representation performance area (sculpture or marking)
- evolution of Methods and / or tools that improve quality or efficiency of the mtier
- animation of Processes, tools and methods training sessions
- Tutoring of newcomers in the mtier
