Who Are We

Raptee.HV is a full-stack electric motorcycle startup with a strong technical foundation. Founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (with backgrounds at Tesla and Wipro), Raptee.HV aims to revolutionize the EV market by offering a high-performance motorcycle alternative to the existing scooter-dominated options. The company is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.

Role Overview

Motorcycles are made up of countless individual parts, and the Raptee T30 is no exceptionit's a beautiful machine with 374 unique components. These parts, along with semi-assembled units (sub-assemblies), need to move through the factory in a well-structured manner to bring the T30 to life.

We are looking for student candidates from Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, or Mechanical domains to be part of this exciting journey. If you find this area fascinating, you're just a couple of clicks away from applying!

What You'll Do

• Streamline Material Flow Ensure efficient movement of parts and sub-assemblies through different stages of production.
• Optimize Inventory Management Work on systems that track and manage the 374+ unique components.
• Improve Assembly Processes Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Enhance Production Planning Contribute to scheduling and workflow optimization to meet production targets.
