Designation: Exports Head
Experience: 15-25 years with experience in handling European automotive market specifically (automotive/ automobile industry exposure mandatory)
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and executing export marketing & sales strategies aligned with the division's business plan, including pricing, budgeting, and market expansion plans.
- Driving export sales target achievement across customers, products, and geographies while ensuring profitability through cost control and process adherence.
- Managing key international customer relationships, ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, complaint resolution, and adherence to customer-specific requirements.
- Identifying and developing new overseas business opportunities by studying markets, competitors, and generating leads through networking and prospecting.
- Supporting new product development for export customers, ensuring customer requirements, APQP/PPAP compliance, timelines, cost targets, and pricing negotiations are met.
- Leading and developing the exports sales team, allocating work, monitoring performance, ensuring training, and improving team productivity.
