Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Export Sales Marketing Manager based in Morbi, Gujarat, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves building and executing export sales and marketing strategies to expand the company's international presence in the ceramic and sanitary ware markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include client relationship management, identifying and penetrating new international markets, negotiating and closing deals, and driving brand growth. The role also requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of export orders.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of export sales and international marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in market research, analyzing export trends, and identifying potential global markets for business development.
  • Knowledge of the ceramic or sanitary ware industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to oversee end-to-end export operations, including logistics and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible hybrid working environment and travel as required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in export sales and marketing roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
