Position: Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in both domestic and international markets.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients across various industries.
  • Digital & Content Marketing: Manage online campaigns, website updates, social media, and email marketing initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct detailed research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategy.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Exhibitions & Trade Shows: Plan, organize, and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote SKY GROUP's products and capabilities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze marketing campaign results and prepare performance reports for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 13 years in marketing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sectors.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing software.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Experience in international marketing or export sales.
