  • Develop and implement effective export sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor the export sales team to achieve organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Export Sales Head should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in export sales within the plastic industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Experience in handling large-scale international clients and projects.
