Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Manager, located in New Delhi. The Export Sales Manager will oversee and manage international sales operations, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company's global market reach. Key responsibilities include developing export strategies, nurturing client relationships, creating business plans, handling international markets, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. The role demands frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business goals and market objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export and International Sales, with a demonstrated ability to manage overseas markets
• Strong skills in Sales and Business Planning to achieve revenue targets and strategic objectives
• Expertise in International Business, including market research, client acquisition, and global trade regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-lasting client relationships
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership in managing diverse teams
• Knowledge of the medical equipment industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
