Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for an Export Sales Manager. The responsibilities include developing and implementing export sales strategies, managing customer relationships globally, and identifying growth opportunities in international markets. The manager will ensure compliance with export regulations, coordinate with production teams to meet demand, and oversee the sales and shipment processes to fulfill client requirements efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
  • Extensive experience in Export operations and compliance management
  • Strong skills in Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Knowledge and experience in International Sales and developing global markets
  • Expertise in International Business practices and cultural sensitivities
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field (MBA is a plus)
