Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Sales Executive role based in Morbi. The Export Sales Executive will manage and grow international sales accounts, with a focus on developing new business in target export markets. Daily tasks include identifying prospective overseas buyers, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales within company guidelines. The role involves coordinating with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and compliance with export regulations. The Export Sales Executive will maintain regular communication with international clients, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sales support to build long-term business relationships. The position also includes market research, competitor analysis, participation in trade fairs (as needed), and preparation of sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in Sales and International Sales, with a proven ability to meet targets and manage B2B customer relationships.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Export procedures and International Business practices, including documentation, Incoterms, and basic trade compliance.
  • Candidates should have excellent Communication skills, including clear written and spoken English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
  • Candidates should bring solid negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management abilities, ideally within building materials, ceramics, or related sectors.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Morbi, be highly organized, self-motivated, and willing to travel internationally as required.
