Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Sales Executive role based in Morbi. The Export Sales Executive will identify and develop new international customers, manage existing client relationships, and drive export sales of polished porcelain tiles in assigned regions. Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating quotations, managing order processing, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring on-time shipments and documentation for export. The role involves conducting market research on target countries, monitoring competitor activities, attending trade shows or virtual expos, and providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports. The Export Sales Executive will also handle customer queries, resolve issues related to orders or shipments, and maintain accurate records of all export transactions in line with company policies and international trade regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal English for interacting with international clients and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in export operations, including documentation, INCOTERMS, and coordination with freight forwarders and customs agents.
  • Demonstrated success in international sales and business development, preferably in building materials, ceramics, or related industries.
  • Solid sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and key account management.
  • Understanding of international business practices, payment terms (LC, TT, etc.), and global market dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work on-site in Morbi, travel internationally as needed, and manage multiple markets and time zones.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in contracts and documentation.
  • Additional language skills and prior experience in tile or ceramic exports will be considered an advantage.
