Department: Export Sales / International Business
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer inquiries and sales activities.
- Generate export business and manage overseas clients.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and export documents.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams.
- Follow up on orders, shipments, and customer requirements.
- Manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Documents).
- Develop new markets and maintain customer relationships.
- Support payment follow-ups and sales reporting.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree / MBA in International Business or related field.
- Experience in export sales or international business.
- Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and logistics.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
