To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Inside Sales / Export Sales Executive with experience in selling fertilizers and chemicals, particularly Ammonium Sulphate.
Position Review
As a Senior Inside Sales / Export Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our online and export sales channels for Ammonium Sulphate. This is an in-house role based at our Rajkot office, focusing on lead generation, conversion, client relationship management, and export documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage online B2B platforms (Indiamart, TradeIndia, Alibaba, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads.
Respond to inquiries promptly, prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and product brochures (COA, MSDS).
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth coordination with accounts and dispatch teams.
Build and maintain a strong distributor/dealer and industrial customer database segmented by geography and industry.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute WhatsApp/email/LinkedIn campaigns.
Handle export leads, documentation (DGFT, HS codes, Incoterms), and coordinate with logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with Fertilizer (Control) Order (FCO 1985) and export regulations.
Provide weekly MIS reports on leads, closures, revenue, and customer retention.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Ammonium Sulphate.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (B.Sc. Agriculture/Chemistry/Commerce/Chemical Engineering) with 58 years experience in inside sales or export sales of chemicals/fertilizers.
Strong knowledge of Ammonium Sulphate (21% Nitrogen + 24% Sulphur) applications in agriculture and industry.
Experience with B2B sales portals (Indiamart, TradeIndia, Alibaba, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce) and ERP order management.
Strong negotiation, client management, and documentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: 4.5 6.5 LPA (based on experience)
Incentives: 1 2 LPA (linked to order closure and revenue)
