Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Assistant located in Surat. The Export Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting in customer follow-ups, managing orders, coordinating international business operations, and overseeing export-related tasks. The role also involves maintaining high levels of accuracy in all aspects of work and contributing to the efficient management of sales operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Follow-Up and effective communication
• Proficiency in Order Management and maintaining accurate records
• Understanding of International Business and Export processes
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
• Experience in export sales or a related field is preferred
