Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Assistant, based in Surat. The Export Sales Assistant will be responsible for managing customer follow-ups, handling order processing and management, and supporting international business transactions. The role involves ensuring high levels of accuracy in documentation and communication, while collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to facilitate smooth export operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Follow-Up and effective communication to maintain excellent client relationships.
- Experience with Order Management and documentation, including proficiency in managing records and data accurately.
- Knowledge of International Business processes and export operations, including familiarity with compliance regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a High Level of Accuracy in tracking, reporting, and managing tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business management tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in export or sales operations is a plus.
