Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Export Operation Executive to join our dynamic team. The Export Operation Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely coordination & processing of all export-related goods & documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and verify export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate closely with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure goods are supplied as per the required specifications and packing requirements.
• Arrange proper logistics for timely goods movement to CFS
• Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and ensure all documentation meets legal requirements.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export documentation to prevent delays in shipments.
• Keep abreast of changes in export laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to documentation practices.
• Maintain accurate records and files of all export documentation for audit purposes.
• Provide support and guidance to other departments on export-related queries and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) as an Export Operation Executive or similar role within the EXIM field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• In-depth knowledge of export procedures, documentation requirements, and international trade regulations.
• Experience in handling suppliers.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues related to documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
