About the RoleWe are looking for a result-driven professional to lead our apparel export sales and global market expansion. The role involves identifying international buyers, building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term business.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales- Identify and connect with international buyers, brands, and importers
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, trade fairs, B2B platforms, and direct outreach
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and build long-term partnerships
- Handle pricing, negotiations, and order closures
Export Marketing- Develop and execute strategies for global market penetration (UK, Europe, Middle East, USA, Sri Lanka, etc.)
- Work on company profiles, presentations, and product portfolios for buyers
- Coordinate participation in international exhibitions and sourcing fairs
- Manage digital presence (LinkedIn, email campaigns, B2B platforms)
Client & Order Management- Act as the main point of contact for export clients
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams
- Ensure timely execution from sampling to shipment
- Handle buyer requirements, compliance, and documentation
Requirements- 3–8 years of experience in apparel exports / textile exports / international sales
- Strong network or experience dealing with global buyers
- Good understanding of garments, fabrics, pricing, and export processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in trade fairs, buyer meetings, and export documentation is a plus
