EXPORT MANAGER – EUROPE

S-CCI India Pvt. Ltd. | Automotive Fluids & Lubricants

S-CCI India Pvt. Ltd., an Indo-Japanese manufacturer of automotive fluids and lubricants, is expanding its international business and is looking for an experienced Export Manager to develop European markets.

The focus will be on exports of brake fluids, coolants/antifreeze, automotive lubricants and related automotive fluids, including opportunities with importers, distributors and private-label customers.

We are looking for a hands-on international sales professional with genuine experience in European markets and an understanding of the commercial, technical and regulatory requirements involved in selling automotive fluids in Europe.

The role will involve:

• Identifying attractive European markets and customer segments
• Developing importers, distributors and private-label customers
• Identifying opportunities where competitive Indian manufacturing can provide a meaningful commercial advantage
• Understanding competing products, pricing, specifications and regulatory requirements
• Working closely with customers on product specifications, approvals and commercial development
• Personally building and maintaining relationships with major customers
• Extensive travel within the assigned territory
• Responsibility for sales development, collections and sustainable business growth

Candidate profile:

• Approximately 7–12 years of international sales/export experience
• Demonstrable experience selling into European markets
• Preference for direct experience in coolants/antifreeze, brake fluids, lubricants, automotive chemicals or related products
• Familiarity with European specifications, regulatory requirements and private-label business will be a significant advantage
• Proven ability to originate and develop new business rather than merely service existing accounts
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
