Role Description
We are hiring an Export Manager International Sales & Compliance to support our business expansion and ensure compliance with global trade regulations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include International Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Export Operations & Compliance, Logistics & Coordination, Statutory & Licensing Management and Documentation & Recordkeeping. The role also involves ensuring adherence to International business development & B2B sales.
Qualifications:
- Export Control Compliance: DGFT, Customs Act, PESO, SCOMET, Foreign Trade Policy
- Dangerous Goods Regulations: IMDG Code, IATA DGR, UN Classification for Explosives
- Global Trade Practices: Incoterms, LC, shipping documentation, port handling norms
- Explosives Industry Knowledge: Product properties, international applications (mining, defense, infrastructure)
- Marketing & Sales: Market development strategies. International business development & B2B sales.

- International business development & B2B sales
- Regulatory documentation and policy interpretation
- Negotiation and commercial acumen
- Hazardous goods logistics & export documentation
- ERP/SAP knowledge for order and shipment tracking
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage
