Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Manager to lead and oversee the entire international trade operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export compliance, global market regulations, documentation, and logistics. You will drive strategic partnerships, manage end-to-end export operations, and ensure timely execution of shipments to international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all export operations, including logistics, documentation, and compliance.
- Identify and develop new international markets and channels for business expansion.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and banks.
- Ensure adherence to global export regulations (FSSAI, USFDA, EU norms).
- Optimize shipping schedules and cost structures.
- Monitor export incentives, duty drawback, EPCG documentation, etc.
- Liaise with production and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee quality checks, packaging compliance, and final dispatch.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of export procedures and international trade laws.
- Strong negotiation skills with logistics partners and agents.
- Familiarity with DGFT, ICEGATE, EXIM documentation.
- Proficiency in export incentives, LC handling, and customs clearance.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
