Position: Manager Export Operations
Function: Export
Role Objective
To manage and optimize end-to-end export operations by ensuring timely shipment execution, high documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, team performance, and successful implementation of automation and ERP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely execution of export orders for FCL and MCL shipments as per defined timelines.
- Maintain a minimum of 95% accuracy in export documentation and customs clearance.
- Reduce turnaround time (TAT) for buyer queries and resolve operational escalations within defined timelines.
- Manage shipment and customs-related escalations within permissible limits.
- Ensure customer complaints remain within acceptable levels while maintaining high shipment accuracy.
- Improve warehouse efficiency in terms of quality, quantity, and accuracy of exports.
- Drive documentation automation and support ERP implementation through accurate data submission.
- Lead, engage, and develop the export operations team to achieve defined KPIs.
- Conduct periodic operational reviews and ensure timely submission of monthly dashboards.
- Track market trends and conduct periodic benchmarking relevant to export operations.
