Job Description
As an Export Documentation & Logistics Business Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire export process, including documentation, logistics, and service delivery. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and a customer-centric approach. The candidate will be expected to maintain high standards of quality management and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Principal Accountabilities
Manage and oversee the entire export process from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.

Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Maintain high standards of quality management, regularly reviewing and improving processes and systems as necessary.

Utilize data entry skills to accurately record and maintain data related to export processes.

Deliver excellent customer service, resolving any issues or queries in a timely and professional manner.

Work closely with vendors, managing relationships and ensuring services are delivered as per the agreed terms.

Use MS Office tools to create reports, analyze data, and present findings to senior management.

Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Foster a global mindset, understanding and navigating the complexities of international trade and logistics.
