Job Description

Export documentation executive

Prepare and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, BL/AWB, insurance certificates, and other related documents.

Review letters of credit (LCs) and ensure all documents comply with LC terms and international trade standards (UCP 600).

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and banks for document submission and clearance.

Track and update shipment status and maintain records of all export consignments.

Ensure timely submission of export documents to the bank for negotiation and payment realization.

Communicate with buyers and internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for smooth shipment execution.

Maintain knowledge of export documentation requirements, DGFT procedures, and customs regulations.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to export shipments and documentation status.
