Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Export Coordinator. The Export Coordinator will manage and oversee export documentation, ensure compliance with shipping regulations, and communicate with clients and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating with ocean freight services, and handling tasks related to international shipping operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and detailed understanding of Export processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and clients
• Experience with Ocean and International Shipping operations, particularly export logistics
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
