Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Export Coordinator at our facility in Rajkot. The role involves managing export documentation, coordinating with shipping companies, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and maintaining communication with international clients. The Export Coordinator will also handle customer service-related tasks and contribute to the seamless operation of export activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new international markets and clients
  • Handle end-to-end export operations and documentation
  • Manage communication with overseas buyers and distributors
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and quality teams
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation (LC, BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, International Business, or related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in export sales/operations
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in textile, polymer, or recycling industry preferred
  • Proficiency in English (additional language is a plus)
