Job Description
- Communicates with the Compliance team in the US and other regions and departments.
- Assists in preparing procedures and weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure we comply with export regulations of various countries by doing a thorough screen search on all parties.
- Performs Individual problem-solving and analytical skills used to authenticate and make determinations on customers.
- Perform deep dives of customer data, using your knowledge of systems and processes to identify gaps and trends in the Denied Party Screening program.
- Maintain a good understanding of complex investigation processes and screening controls.
- Work independently and remain flexible with the ability to prioritize workloads.
- Maintain a resilient attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a good understanding of the DPL Screening process and should be proficient on working on different investigation process and screening controls.

- Read, analyze, and interpret legal documents.
- Ability to make good solid judgement.
- Detailed and thorough in work habits with high multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge/experience of U.S. Customs Regulations, U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
- Risk and Compliance experience required.
- Requires any bachelor's degree.
