Expert House Engineer – Automation

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Gurgaon / Kolkata / Delhi / Noida / Chennai / Hyderabad / Ahmedabad

Role Summary

Responsible for customer-focused service delivery, project monitoring, proposal support, project execution, and lifecycle services for DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation solutions across Process and Discrete Industries. Ensure successful project delivery, high system availability, and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and quality service execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery and customer satisfaction for assigned customers.
• Manage and monitor automation service projects, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Prepare technical proposals and solution concepts based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and lifecycle services.
• Drive timely resolution of customer issues and escalations.
• Deliver high-quality Automation services and solutions for Process Industries and Discrete Manufacturing Industries.
• Build strong customer relationships, identify improvement opportunities, and generate service business leads to support growth.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related discipline with 6–10 years of experience.
• Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related discipline with 8–12 years of experience.
  
  

Technical Skills

• PLC, DCS, SCADA
• PROFIBUS, PROFINET, MODBUS, HART
• Virtualization Technologies
• Digitalization and IIoT Solutions
• Engineering Documentation
• Ability to read and interpret System Architecture Diagrams, P&IDs, Wiring Diagrams, and Control Narratives
• PCS 7, WinCC, STEP 7, and Siemens Product Knowledge will be an added advantage.
