SCADA OPERATOR

Hiring: SCADA Operator – STP/WTP/RO/UF Plants

Location: Dwarka | Qualification: B.Sc / B.A / ITI

Experience: 5+ Years | Salary:30,000 (in-hand)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate & monitor STP/WTP/RO/UF via SCADA
• Perform CIP (Low pH: 2–3 | High pH: 10–11) & CEB for membrane cleaning
• Monitor RO feed: SDI < 5, pH, TDS, chlorine
• Handle chemical dosing: Antiscalant, SMBS, acid/alkali, polymer
• Understand nitrification (aeration) & denitrification (anoxic)
• Track parameters: MLSS, MLVSS, DO, SVI, Nitrate/Nitrite
• Operate centrifuge for sludge dewatering (if applicable)
• Ensure outlet standards:
• BOD <10 | COD <50 | TSS <20 | pH 6.5–8.5 | O&G <10 mg/L
• Follow ISO SOPs, maintain daily logs & reports

Skills Required:

• SCADA & basic PLC operations
• Knowledge of STP/WTP/RO/UF systems
• Understanding of water quality norms
• Hands-on with troubleshooting & chemical handling

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of relevant experience

Willing to work in Dwarka location
