Job Description

Job Title: Expert GES S2P Optimization

Location: Hyderabad, India

The Expert - GES S2P Optimization role is a high-impact opportunity within the Global Enterprise Services (GES) S2P team. The position focuses on identifying operational challenges, implementing quickwin solutions, and driving digital and process excellence across the SourcetoPay (S2P) landscape. The expert will lead improvement initiatives, support the S2P digital roadmap, and embed industry best practices to enable more efficient, agile, and futureready operations.

Your key responsibilities

  • Strong S2P or Shared Services Expertise at least 8 years working within S2P or shared service operations, driving improvement initiatives.
  • Project Management & Agile Experience Ability to lead projects using structured PMO and agile methodologies.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Solutionoriented thinking with strong planning, analytical, and decisionmaking capability.
  • Digital & Technology Savvy Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, VIM, Celonis, ServiceNow, RPA, Power Platform, and Power BI.
  • Stakeholder Management Experience managing crossfunctional teams and handling conflicting priorities in a fastchanging environment
  • Collaboration & Adaptability Strong team player able to work with ambiguity and drive outcomes in dynamic settings

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in shared services or operations.
  • 8+ years of experience in S2P or shared service operations with a strong background in continuous improvement.
  • Project management expertise, including experience with agile ways of working and strong PMO skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement and analytics tools such as SAP, VIM, Ariba, Celonis, ServiceNow, RPA, Power Platform, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problemsolving skills with a solutionoriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to manage ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and operate in a fastchanging environment, fluent in English.
