Job Description

Overview

As an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Implementation & CI Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of recruitment outsourcing solutions for client programs across APME as well as engaging with current RPO program teams with the Continuous Improvement Framework. This role requires a blend of project management skills, client relationship management, and deep understanding of recruitment processes. You will work closely with clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of RPO solutions that meet client objectives and expectations

Key Responsibilities New Program Implementations Client Engagement:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, objectives, and challenges.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders

- Clearly communicate project milestones, timelines, and expectations to clients.

Project Management:

- Facilitate a detailed and complete handover with the Sales/Solution Design team to understand the solution to be implemented in line with the contractual agreement.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, from project kick off to post-implementation review.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including country delivery teams, PowerSuite/IntelliReach teams, and support staff, to ensure project milestones are met.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

- Drive all project activity ensuring that solutions are implemented to the specification and on time.

Process Design and Optimization:

- Collaborate with clients to design and optimize recruitment processes that align with their business objectives and industry best practices.

- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains

- Working with the PowerSuite teams, recommend and implement process enhancements/digitisation to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance the candidate experience

Training and Change Management:

- Develop and deliver training programs to educate client stakeholders and internal teams on new recruitment processes and tools.

- Plan and facilitate the change management strategy with the client to ensure adoption of new processes, delivery teams and PowerSuite.

- Address client concerns and resistance to change in a proactive and constructive manner using the existing change management methodology and tools.

Transition to Delivery Teams:

- Establish project governance processes to monitor the effectiveness and performance of RPO solutions post-implementation.

- Gather client feedback and insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.- Implement corrective actions and enhancements to optimize RPO delivery and client satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement (CI) of Existing Programs: Process Analysis and Evaluation:

- Conduct a comprehensive review of current RPO programs using the Continuous Improvement Framework model.

- Analyse data and metrics to assess process performance and effectiveness in line with the Best in Class benchmark.

- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

- Make data-driven recommendations for further enhancements based on performance insights.

Continuous Improvement Strategy:- Develop and implement a CI strategy for the RPO program.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize improvement opportunities based on impact and feasibility.

- Design innovative solutions and process enhancements to address identified gaps and inefficiencies in line with the Best in Class benchmark.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements effectively.

- Continued measurement of programs to understand the success of the CI initiatives and continued alignment to the Best in Class practices.

Change Management:

- Lead change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and

tools.

- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on updated processes and best practices.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness and engagement.

Qualifications/Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience within the recruitment industry in the implementation of recruitment outsourcing solutions or program management.

- Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in the recruitment or HR domain.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to demonstrate ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

- English language both written and verbal to a high standard, allowing communication globally with internal colleagues and clients.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization and performance improvement.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.- Certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation:

Min INR 1,762,500 Mid INR 2,350,000 Max INR 2,937,500 STI 5%
