Experienced Linguist

This is a full-time remote role for an Experienced Linguist. The candidate will be responsible for translating, proofreading, and localizing content across various languages and formats. Duties include linguistically reviewing content to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and context, collaborating with teams to ensure consistency in projects, and providing expertise in editing and quality assurance of language-related outputs. Interaction with clients and internal teams will be required to understand specific project requirements.

• Proficiency in translation, localization, and proofreading skills
• Experience in content creation, such as editing and content writing, including language and cultural nuances
• Ability to manage multilingual projects and ensure consistency across global content
• Strong understanding of language structures, grammar, and stylistic elements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in remote settings
• Proficiency in computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools is highly desirable
• Advanced fluency in at least two or more languages is required; additional languages are a strong asset
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field
• Cultural awareness and expertise in adapting content for various global audiences
