Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced ITAM Professional based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing and managing IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and tools, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, conducting IT asset inventory audits, and identifying optimization opportunities. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and providing insights to support cost optimization and risk mitigation efforts. The role requires supporting clients in aligning IT asset management practices with organizational goals and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, license management, and inventory auditing.
• Strong expertise in vendor negotiations, vendor contracts, and license compliance.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL and experience with ITAM tools and solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks in IT asset deployment and utilization.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CSAM, or CHAMP are preferred.
• Prior experience in a consulting or advisory role is an added advantage.
