We are seeking an Experienced female Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore or Salem. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, with a strong focus on customer engagement and sales. This role involves making outbound calls to promote our products and services, while also addressing customer inquiries and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
• Engage with customers to promote beauty products and beauty clinic services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Record and maintain customer information in the database.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Proficient in using telecommunication systems.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections effectively.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Note: The candidate needs to speak good Tamil and English.

Salary: 20K per month plus incentives.

Work Location: Coimbatore or Salem, Tamil Nadu.

Work Timing: 10 am to 6 pm (Any one day off on the weekday, Sunday will be work from home)
