Experienced Educators Grade 1-4

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Educator located in Rajkot. The Educator will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, evaluating student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience. The Educator will also actively participate in professional development initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of the learning environment.

• Strong classroom management, curriculum design, and effective teaching skills
• Experience in student assessment, mentorship, and individualized instruction
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for fostering student growth and innovation
• Proficiency in technology and digital learning tools is a strong advantage
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a teaching certification or advanced degree is preferred
• Prior teaching experience and familiarity with innovative educational practices are highly beneficial
