Job Description

We're looking for experienced AR Callers to join our International Voice Process specializing in US Healthcare (Payer Side Customer Service). If you have excellent English communication skills, are ready for night shifts, and thrive in a dynamic, in-office environment, this could be the perfect fit for you. We encourage both experienced AR professionals and freshers with strong communication abilities to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international voice process calls related to Accounts Receivable (AR) within the US healthcare payer side.
  • Engage with stakeholders, ensuring excellent English communication skills with no grammatical errors.
  • Resolve queries and provide accurate information, maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Communication:Excellent English Communication Skills Required; candidates must speak English without any grammatical errors.
  • Experience: Both freshers and candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the AR domain are eligible.
  • Must be ready to work in Night shift.

Compensation and Benefits

  • CTC: Will be finalized based on experience and interview scores.
  • Free Transportation:Both pick up and drop will be provided in the night shift. (No transportation in day shift).

Work Environment

  • Work Mode:No Work From Home, must be ready to report to office from day 1.
  • Interview Process:F2F (Face-to-Face) interview.
