Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experience Trainer based in Hansot. The Experience Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs tailored to employees roles, monitoring training effectiveness, and providing constructive feedback to team members. They will ensure seamless onboarding for new employees, oversee skills enhancement initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to align training with organizational goals. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to foster a culture of growth and development.

- Training Facilitation, Presentation, and Public Speaking skills
- Experience in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, and eLearning tools
- Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring abilities
- Strong Communication, Listening, and Interpersonal skills
- Organizational and Time management capabilities
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training software
- Educational background in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related fields
- Experience in facility management or related industries is preferred
