What you'll do:
As the Experience Partnerships Specialist (Partnerships & Onboarding), you'll be responsible for growing our supply in the city by identifying great experience partners and onboarding them onto the Alive platform.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Identify and shortlist potential experience partners (studios, instructors, venues, communities, activity providers).
- Reach out via calls/WhatsApp/Instagram/email and set up meetings.
- Pitch Alive clearly and confidently; explain how we can drive bookings and build long-term demand.
- Negotiate commercials, availability, scheduling, and partner terms.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process: collect details, pricing, media, slots, and ensure the experience is live on Alive.
- Coordinate with internal teams (ops/marketing/content) to launch and optimise listings.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and track progress (leads, follow-ups, closures, go-live).
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you enjoy speaking with business owners and closing deals).
- Strong hustle + ownership mindset you follow up, get things done, and don't wait for perfect conditions.
- Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and in-person meetings.
- Organised and detail-oriented (onboarding requires clean info and coordination).
- Bonus if you've worked in partnerships, sales, business development, hospitality, events or travel.
