As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Design Strategy Team, you will promote the creation and delivery of a scalable Design Development Program for entry-level designers in India and the United States. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement innovative practices that support the growth and success of junior design talent.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs to recruit, engage, and develop junior-level designers
  • Provide subject matter expertise to teams across HR, Recruitment, Design, Product, Technology, and Data & Analytics
  • Communicate and facilitate meetings to ensure progress, clarify next steps, and resolve barriers
  • Develop and facilitate onboarding and development workshops for junior designers
  • Create compelling presentation materials and resources for internal and external audiences
  • Oversee vendor onboarding and manage program and vendor budgets in compliance with firmwide policies
  • Define, track, and report on program impact using qualitative and quantitative measures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree (BFA or BA) in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of two years experience in user experience, design thinking, design research, or program management
  • Skilled in methodologies and tools from Behavioral Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Service Design, Data Visualization, Strategy, Psychology, Ethnography, Human-Centered Design, or Systems Thinking
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and related design software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, works independently, and collaborates effectively within teams
  • Able to assess tradeoffs, resolve problems efficiently, and escalate issues as needed

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven ability to rapidly learn and adapt when working with internal domain experts
  • Familiarity with agile and lean development processes
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment
