Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Expansion Project Executive role based in Bengaluru, lasting for a 3-month contractual period. The responsibilities include planning and coordinating expansion projects, managing project timelines and budgets, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, analyzing potential markets, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to assist in identifying, evaluating, and setting up new clinic locations. The role involves on-ground site visits, basic assessment of civil and interior readiness, and coordination during clinic setup.

You'll be working closely with head of expansion with hands onexperience of end to end project conception and delivery.

Responsibilities:

Scout and shortlist potential locations for new dental clinics

Conduct site assessments for suitability, layout, and readiness

Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and internal teams during project duration

Maintain site data and reports in Excel or other digital formats

Requirements:

Graduate or final-year student (Civil Engineering or related field preferred, not mandatory)

Proficiency in Excel and general computer use

Willingness to travel locally and handle multiple projects simultaneously
