Responsibilities:
1.Lead Generation:
Looking for potential individuals interested in opening salon outlets through market research, events, referrals etc.
Plan your travel roster to meet potential investors in order to discuss it in detail.
Make calls on leads data and take follow up as and when required,
Maintain a strong database of prospective investors and maintain accurate record of interactions.
Actively looking for protentional locations for investment.
2.Networking and relationship building:
Establish and nurture strong relationship with potential investors, understanding their needs and aspirations.
Explaining the benefits of partnering with the company under various investing models such as FOFO & FOCO.
Schedule meeting with the potential investors to discuss proposals.
3.Effective Communication:
Provide clear and accurate information about the salon outlet setup, business model, support services and potential returns on investment.
Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner, ensuring investor is well informed.
Ensure that commitments are timely fulfilled and are not manipulated.
4.Agreement Negotiation and signing:
Lead negotiation with potential investors, presenting mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Guide investors through the agreement signing process, ensuring legal and operational requirements are met.
