Role Overview

The Expansion Manager will drive franchise partner acquisition and business expansion for Cult.fit across Tier 2 markets. The role is highly sales and relationship driven, focused on identifying potential franchise partners, pitching the business opportunity, closing partnerships and by discussing and aligning on the final business case - with detailed alignment on next steps, ROI, payback period etc.

The role acts as the primary interface between Cult.fit and franchise partners, ensuring partner onboarding, business viability, and successful market entry.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise sales - capex deployment

Identify and engage potential franchise partner from the pool of signed investors and business partners in Hyderabad and across target Tier 2 cities.

Lead end-to-end business case discussion explaining the business model, payment timelines, project guardrails, enabling property leasing, business case payback, ROI , brand standards, operational expectations and launch timelines.

Conduct franchise opportunity presentations for the sites approved by the brand for expansion, financial discussions, and partner meetings to convert signed up prospects into investors

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential franchise partners and investors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 46 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or partner management.
  • Experience in investor acquisition, franchise development, or expansion roles preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and expansion-focused role.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Tier 2 cities.
