Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for healthcare professionals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
- Address queries, concerns, and feedback regarding products effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular follow-ups.
Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor competitor products, market trends, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities.
- Identify potential new customers and areas for business expansion.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, calls, orders, and follow-ups.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and marketing activities as required.
Team Collaboration & Training
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and medical teams for product launches and campaigns.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
- Share best practices and insights with team members to enhance overall performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 26 years of experience as a Medical Representative in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
