We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Buyer Program Coordinator to manage the end-to-end buyer program for exhibitions and trade shows. The role focuses on identifying, verifying, and onboarding genuine buyers, as well as coordinating their travel and stay arrangements to ensure smooth participation in events.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuyer Screening & VerificationEvaluate and pre-screen buyer applications to ensure authenticity, relevance, and alignment with event objectives.
Authenticity ChecksVerify buyer details such as company profile, designation, purchasing authority, and business relevance through calls, email, and online research.
Buyer Database ManagementMaintain and regularly update buyer records with accurate and validated information.
Travel CoordinationArrange domestic and international travel for approved buyers, including flights, itineraries, and ground transport.
Accommodation ManagementCoordinate hotel bookings, check-ins, and stay arrangements for buyers attending exhibitions.
Communication & EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for buyers before, during, and after the event.
Event Participation SupportEnsure smooth onboarding of buyers at events and handle any issues or escalations on-ground.
Reporting & TrackingMaintain trackers for buyer confirmations, approvals, travel status, and participation metrics.
