Key Responsibilities:

Manage cargo and container operations across a yard spread over 50 acres, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Plan and optimize yard layout and operations to achieve maximum productivity with cost efficiency.
Ensure effective cost and resource optimization aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate with contractors, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Drive customer satisfaction by delivering best-in-class operational service and responsiveness.
Plan and allocate container handling equipment and resources for efficient yard operations.
Monitor and manage overall yard activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and operational targets.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization across the yard.
Conduct monthly cargo inventory and follow up on long-standing cargo with customers.
Ensure strict compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), and supply chain security systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic to strong knowledge of CFS/ICD yard operations and container logistics.
Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance in a dynamic environment.
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with yard/warehouse management systems.
Focus on safety, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
